Conrad R. Huss is a seasoned financial professional with over twenty-five years of investment banking and business operating experience. Over the course of his career, he has served as Managing Director for a number of investment banking divisions at small and middle market firms, including duPasquier, Hobbs Melville Securities Corp., Auerbach, Pollak & Richardson, Inc., as well as Credit Lyonnais Securities USA, Inc. Mr. Huss was a Founding Partner of Berwyn Capital & Advisory, LLC, a boutique bank specializing in technology and health care. Mr. Huss also served at Matrix Instruments Inc., a public medical technology company, where he began as Controller, and was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer, during which time he was involved in the negotiations in the sale of the company to AGFA, a Fortune 500 company.

Mr. Huss attended New York University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Accounting and Finance, and Adelphi University, where he received a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA).
